1:1 Self-discovery Therapy

A personalised process of guided self-inquiry where the client becomes aware of current triggers, challenges and areas of concern. These powerful sessions guide you further into discovering the thoughts, beliefs, patterns and behaviors that are keeping you from living life with full clarity, strength and courage. Each session is an exploration using a combination of dialogue, breathing practices, movement and meditation to take the client into a space of empowerment and greater freedom. What’s included: 60-75 minute therapy sessions (in person or Zoom), A safe, supportive and confidential space, Reflective questions for integration after each session, and a 20 minute follow up call one week later.
