Warm Herbal Compress Therapy

Luk Pra Kob or Thai warm herbal compress massage is a traditional therapeutic treatment that combines the healing properties of herbs with the soothing techniques of massage. This unique healing technique combines aromatic and medicinal herbs into a muslin pouch which is then steamed and pressed into the muscles and joints of the recipient.

*Note: No experience necessary, however, this class is best paired with a foundational knowledge of Thai Massage. If you have any allergies to specific herbs or essential oils, it is best to contact the teacher prior to enrollment.
