Prayer brings thought in line with the Divine. It opens the heart to what Love has already prepared for us. The full day will include sitting meditation, learning and practicing the art of limpia, spiritual cleansing. The sharing of prayers, a nourishing group meal and walking meditation on the land.

Limpia con huevo is a spiritual cleansing process that uses a raw egg and prayer to purify ones subtle body / consciousness. You will learn both on yourself and with a partner. Mar has mastered this healing therapy after many years of studying with her teachers in Peru.

A locally-grown, vegetarian lunch will be prepared by dear friend and Chef Evan Rilling, who is visiting from Bali. Being born in Ojai, Evan has an everlasting connection with the spirit of the land and plants here. He is passionate about helping individuals transform their relationship with food.

The location is a private residence, an old ranch set in the mountains with expansive views of the Ojai Valley. We will gather inside and outside.
