Buki offers earth medicine healing guidance through both sacred (psychedelic) medicine preparation and integration sessions. Both session sets are grouped as three 60 minute zoom calls. In the preparation sessions, you will experience a thorough mind-body-spirit guidance for your first intentional journey, as well as psycho-spiritual education on the benefits and essential harm reduction tools. You will leave with a take away PDF preparation guide including additional resources, introspection exercises, journal prompts and meditation tools. Following your three integration sessions, audio recordings of each session can be provided, session notes and resources will be sent in follow up emails after each session.
