Breathwork & Blue Lotus Retreat

You are invited to a profound and expansive healing weekend. We'll be gathering from Feb 28th to March 2nd for a three day deep healing retreat - bringing together the potent forces of holotropic breathwork, energy medicine, a Blue Lotus ceremony, a sound meditation, a fire ceremony and a sweat, as well as cold plunges, ocean swim, hot tub soaks, movement and Kundalini yoga. The intention of this gathering is to create a space of presence to allow for each soul’s rebirth and resurrection of their highest potential. In the ceremonies we will connect with your higher self and the divine, and deepen our connection to Mother Earth and community. Together we breathe, and together we heal.
